Our Security Policy


Baby FC Security Policy

Baby FC recognises that some people have concerns about on-line shopping.  One of the most prevalent concerns ab is the security of credit card or debit card details. Baby FC collects credit card details on a Secure Server (look for the padlock at the bottom of your browser window), which ensures that your credit card details are encrypted for transfer over the Internet (i.e. between your PC and our secure server, as well as between our secure server and our PCs), so that they cannot be read or changed during transmission. Once received byBaby FC order processing staff, the transaction is processed as a Cardholder Not Present (CNP) transaction, as used for purchases made over the telephone.

You are strongly advised not to send credit or debit card details in normal emails (i.e. without being encrypted).


IMPORTANT: For your security we do not store credit card details on a computer system after the order amount has been charged.


Alternative Methods of Placing an order

If you feel uncertain about sending your credit card details over the Internet, you can complete the order online and then chose one of the following payment options that are available:
  • Place your order by telephone, giving your credit card details by telephone.
  • Place your order by FAX. giving your credit card details by fax.
  • Place your order by mail, completing one of our mail order forms on the web site and posting a cheque with your order.
